David Nichols' practice emphasizes employment law. He advises companies' executives on policy and procedure in employment matters, as well as performing audits of employment practices and investigating employment complaints. Previously, David served as inside General Counsel and later President/CEO of a Dallas area private corporation of 100 employees and $30 million in revenues, and currently serves on its board. He also served on the board and lending and audit committees of a Dallas area National Bank. David was previously an Assistant District Attorney in Dallas County, prosecuting misdemeanor and felony cases, and serving in the white collar crime division. David is a member of the State Bar of Texas section of Labor and Employment Law.
